Family Constellations, The Solution to the Enigma is Love

We attract the same situation into our lives over and over again. Recognizing and accepting it will take us to a new place in consciousness. From this new space, we can manifest our future without recreating our past. However, as poetic as it sounds, how do we ensure that the path is clear of obstacles?

The family tree is a living being that houses the entire family system’s information, just as we host the information on this whole system. This is why we often see ourselves repeating situations or patterns of overwhelming behavior.

What are Family Constellations?

The goal of the constellations family is awakening our potential and find treasures within ourselves. To achieve this, we must put an order in our relationships and family ties. Our system is always in search of balance and at the service of the natural order.

How do Family Constellations work?

According to Bert Hellinger, known as the father of this therapy, each constellation movement is based on the “orders of love” belonging,  the hierarchical order of birth, and the balance between giving and receiving. When we respect these orders and give them their place in our family, we will also allow harmony to flow in our lives. Thus, the enigma solution is always love, work, and the path itself is progressive.

Compassion with ourselves is the only requirement to start ordering our relations. The most significant influence on us on a psychic level is that of dad and mother. They represent abundance and the force with which we attract energy to our life.
I do my work through cards representing the universal archetypes of the human psyche. They encompass both the process of Family constellations and much of what I learned on my spiritual path.
