Every day brings new opportunities for providing services to the community extending to places from Esterillos to Pavones and Tinamastes. My Practice covers follow-up of chronic health issues, skin checks, PAP smears, minor surgical procedures for diagnosis and treatment of skin lesions, skin tag removal, bloodwork, and spider vein sclerotherapy, among the most common services required by patients.

Among the rejuvenation services, patients can find treatment for all their needs sagging skin or laxity, spots, visible pores, acne, scars, uneven texture or tone, volume loss, hair loss, and, of course, wrinkles. Treatments include botulinum toxin type A; dermal fillers like hyaluronic acid or even fat grafting or injections to the face, the hands, the chest, the earlobes; augmentation or definition of the lips; Dermapen and fractional dermabrasion as collagen induction therapy; chemical peels; radio frequency; platelet-rich plasma; PDO threads. Among others, even tightening or lifting of the eyelids or rejuvenation of the contour of the mouth with Plasmage or plasma energy-based therapy can be achieved.  

Some additional services offered are Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery consultations and minor procedures with Dr. Miguel Alfaro, a renown Costa Rican Plastic Surgeon, who visits the clinic a few times a year. I assist in arranging appointments with different specialists for surgery or other procedures.
