The cheapest way to travel is always by bus, in Costa Rica the public bus transport is very good and you can find buses to reach any part of the country.
On almost all bus routes, there is at least one stop along the way where passengers can stretch out, make use of sanitary services and have a snack. Most units traveling to different destinations are modern and offer amenities to travelers.
