We were surprised by zbeckabee‘s interpretation as to how many make a bunch? “It is totally dependent upon the buncher and how many items he/she thinks should be bunched into the bunch.” So there is definitely room for expansion… Tim & Tiffany Fenton, in 2012 bought the former Whales & Dolphins Hotel in urgent need of repair, a good team of collaborators, an image to be created, and marketing to be done.
Already in the first year the hotel was flourishing, and then Tiffany was diagnosed with an illness that required urgent and ongoing treatment. Thanks to the support of her doctor, her loving husband and her two girls and in spite of the ongoing discomfort, Tiff didn´t give up. Due to the illness, they had to sell the hotel (today the Vista Ballena Hotel).
In 2015, she published her first inspirational book for women (Tough Times Don’t Last but Tough Women Do), which already became a bestseller. Only recently she opened the first air-conditioned chicken wing place WING IT, with 32 flavors, from BBQ to very, very hot sauces! If you are brave, you can be eternalized on the Wall of Flame.
Next door is Tiff’s and her team’s ice-cream parlor, LICK IT. Are you craving a frozen cappuccino or a sundae which you can prepare on your own with limitless possibilities?
The spacious places have a pleasant decor, A/C, a big parking space, and are conveniently located in Uvita, next to the gas station.
And of course, next to this amazing woman has always been her husband, Tim Fenton. Tim is owner of Blue Zone and has his Real Estate office at the same building. Now, we still don’t have the answer to how many make a bunch, but Tiff insists that there will be a bunch of ITs. Await pleasant surprises!
