JJ Properties CR, a familiar face in the Real Estate and Construction Community, has opened an office in Uvita in the new Cabinas Gato Office Complex. In 2004, Juan Carlos Mejias and his good friend Juan Manuel Gomez (known as Colombia) began a Realty and Home Development office in Platanillo, naming the company JJ after the two “Juans.” Their hard work earned them an excellent reputation. Since then, Colombia has deceased, but his name lives on in the company.Juan Carlos recently teamed with Moises Solano to better serve their growing clientele in Costa Ballena. “Mo” has an extensive history in the business. They launched an additional venture offering Home Construction Property Management, Vacation Planning and Rentals, and a new project that administrates incomeproducing homes. Yamil Mejias was brought on as office manager for his widespread knowledge and experience in these areas. At the inauguration, they prayed that things would be blessed.
