On January, 26th, 2013 fourteen restaurants of Ojochal, Osa, Costa Rica came together for an unforgettable festival in one location, the Boca Coronado Restaurant, each one featuring their best dishes. The mission was to put the town Ojochal on the map as the Culinary Capital of Costa Rica, making it a primary destination for people who love fine dining. The big party was animated with life music by international and national groups.
In the process, the organizers of the event united the restaurants as well as the rest of the community and a good part of the Ballena Coast. 800 people from near and far attended the Festival. Thanks to each and every one!
In April, there will be the next EL SABOR DE OJOCHAL event, a Restaurant Week! Looking forward to seeing everyone then!
