Costa Rica is more than the content and squarearea of its geopolitical boundaries. CostaRica is a State of Mind, and the unoffiial motto is Pura Vida, a pure life, which is what all of the folks living in Costa Rica desire for themselves and wish for you to enjoy while here.
To the globetrotting public, the following list of items is in addition to existing travel restrictions/banned items currently in effect. In actuality and in the strictest sense, these items are not banned on the airplane; however, they are not welcomed in good ole Costa Rica.
These unwanted items might be applicable for other locations, as well (check with your travel agent), but they are defiitely prohibited in Costa Rica. This list includes stress, anxiety, tension, or other forms of disquietude, and any other state of emotional body or mind that could be construed as negative or having a negative effect on one’s body or mind or passing that negativity onto those in close proximity.
Worry not that your brain and body will be empty of emotion; while enjoying the long dreamed of stay in Costa Rica, those items on the list can and no doubt will be replaced with fun-loving adrenaline, emotions of a euphoric nature, intermixed with generous portions of tranquility and serenity.
These days nobody wants to incur extra fees for excess baggage or the possibility of an additional tax levied by (cultural) customs. Pura Vida!
