CAP News

A great way to bring your CAP dues back to your neighborhood.

The Community Surveillance Support program (CAP CSS ) is an initiative focused on assisting Southern Zone communities to secure the well-being of its residents.

Take advantage NOW of the CSS program while the funds last. The recently announced program is already a big hit because it allows CAP members to bring their dues PLUS a 50% bonus back to their own neighborhood. CAP CSS assists neighborhoods by matching fund-raising efforts of local homeowners. Every $100 donation to CAP will be matched with an additional $50 for a total of $150 being returned to the neighborhood program. Two communities have already submitted proposals that have been approved, and the work is in a process. If you haven’t paid your 2013 dues, now is a great time! Invite your neighbors to do the same…

Communities will decide how they wish to allocate the resources based upon their specific needs. This will primarily be focused on private security, sensors, cameras, and security structural improvements to thwart theft and violence. Let’s work together for a safer Southern Zone!

Local community leaders will create an overall plan with CAP recommendations, assistance, and approval. Fund-raising efforts will be conducted by local community organizers independently of CAP. Leaders will submit a proposal to be assessed by the CAP evaluation team. Let us help you make your neighborhood a safer one!
