The real estate activity is vital to our area, it is through the Responsible Realtors the investment starts to provide significant directly and indirectly work opportunities in our area, the development of this activity in a responsible and professional way starts to open the doors of progress, therefore those who strive every day to provide an efficient, professional and responsible realty service to those who wish to invest in the South Pacific of Costa Rica.
During my professional experience I have been able to observe how the activity of selling real estate has been developed. Fortunately we have in our area of Costa Ballena several well-structured companies that provide efficient service to buyers and sellers of properties, their development through 15 years has been very interesting. I have had the experience of providing legal services to different companies and individual agents, mostly they have been individual and coprporations who are responsible and concerned about their clients.
Currently the vast majority have joined the Costa Rican Chamber of Realtors, (for more information http://www.camara.cr) an entity born in 1974, their incorporation is a clear effort to provide a better service to their customers.
* Training and Experience: University (1994-1998), two pro bono years as an assistant in the office of Public Defender and Legal Assistant of several judges in the courts of Perez Zeledón. Experience in criminal law and the functioning of the judiciary. In 1998 he joined the Bar association and the same year he is authorized as Notary Public by the Supreme Court. He speaks English.
