The Vista Ballena Hotel (previously called Whales and Dolphins) offers two private and quiet accommodation units with 20 rooms each. All rooms have a balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. The rooms are very comfortable and have air conditioning, cable TV, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, towels, a coffee maker, and a refrigerator.
The public areas include a gorgeous view of the ocean, a great restaurant, a sunset bar, and lounge area. Plus, a vast infinity pool is divided into a safe children's pool and a wonderfully relaxing adults-only pool. There is free Wi-Fi in all of the public spaces. Our resident sloth, Jimmy, and the numerous toucans and parrots entertain our lucky guests as they relax on the pool decks or dine in the restaurant.

It is well worth the steep drive up to the hotel; there is a fabulous pool and a restaurant that looks out over the sea below – it's a spectacular view, and watching the sunset was awesome. The friendly and professional staff, eager to make your stay comfortable, make this place even more special. Rooms are nice with A/C and good beds – the view from the rooms is just as spectacular as in the restaurant area, and we even had a toucan sitting on the tree beside our balcony!"
